Promoting local employment and Green Jobs is one of the major goals of the Tower Renewal Project.  As part of their research and development effort, staff members, Michael Skaljin and Anthony Fernando are busy collaborating with other city departments, trade unions, local colleges, community groups and a number of other organizations. The development of the local employment strategy will be based on best practices from other jurisdictions and lessons learned from similar City lead programs and initiatives.  Stay tuned for more information.
